1. Definities

In deze voorwaarden wordt verstaan onder: Spreash: Spreash B.V., onderdeel van de Dataspread Group; Platform: de software en diensten die Spreash aanbiedt, waaronder testomgevingen; Gebruiker: iedere natuurlijke of rechtspersoon die de website bezoekt of het Platform gebruikt.

2. Toepasselijkheid

Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op het gebruik van de website www.spreash.com en op alle aanvragen voor testomgevingen en demo's. Voor betaalde dienstverlening gelden aanvullende overeenkomsten die bij het aangaan daarvan worden verstrekt.

3. Testomgeving en demo

Een testomgeving wordt kosteloos en vrijblijvend aangeboden voor evaluatiedoeleinden. Spreash spant zich in de omgeving binnen 1 werkdag beschikbaar te stellen, maar aan deze termijn kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend. Spreash kan een testomgeving beperken, opschorten of beëindigen.

4. Gebruik

De Gebruiker gebruikt de website en het Platform in overeenstemming met de wet en deze voorwaarden, en verstrekt bij aanvragen juiste en actuele gegevens. Het is niet toegestaan de werking van de website of het Platform te verstoren of beveiligingen te omzeilen.

5. Intellectueel eigendom

Alle rechten van intellectueel eigendom op de website, het Platform, het Spreashproces® en bijbehorende content berusten bij Spreash of haar licentiegevers. Niets in deze voorwaarden strekt tot overdracht daarvan.

6. Aansprakelijkheid

De website en testomgevingen worden aangeboden zoals ze zijn ("as is"). Spreash is niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte schade, gevolgschade of schade door het gebruik van kosteloze testomgevingen, behoudens opzet of bewuste roekeloosheid.

7. Privacy

Op de verwerking van persoonsgegevens is de privacyverklaring van toepassing.

8. Wijzigingen

Spreash kan deze voorwaarden wijzigen. De actuele versie staat altijd op deze pagina; de versiedatum staat bovenaan.

9. Toepasselijk recht

Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in het arrondissement waar Spreash B.V. gevestigd is.

1. Definitions

In these terms: Spreash: Spreash B.V., part of the Dataspread Group; Platform: the software and services offered by Spreash, including test environments; User: any natural or legal person visiting the website or using the Platform.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to the use of the website www.spreash.com and to all requests for test environments and demos. Paid services are governed by additional agreements provided upon entering into them.

3. Test environment and demo

A test environment is offered free of charge and without obligation, for evaluation purposes. Spreash endeavours to make the environment available within 1 business day; no rights can be derived from this term. Spreash may limit, suspend or terminate a test environment.

4. Use

The User uses the website and Platform in accordance with the law and these terms, and provides accurate and current information when submitting requests. Disrupting the operation of the website or Platform, or circumventing security measures, is not permitted.

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the website, the Platform, the Spreashproces® and related content are vested in Spreash or its licensors. Nothing in these terms constitutes a transfer thereof.

6. Liability

The website and test environments are provided "as is". Spreash is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, or damage arising from the use of free test environments, except in cases of intent or wilful recklessness.

7. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our privacy statement.

8. Changes

Spreash may amend these terms. The current version is always available on this page; the version date appears at the top.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Spreash B.V. is established.
